I work on the optical and structural investigation of emerging semiconductor materials, with a particular focus on two-dimensional systems and their heterostructures. By studying how these ultrathin materials respond to light—especially under extreme conditions such as low temperatures and high magnetic fields available in-house—we gain deeper insight into their electronic and excitonic properties. My group combines advanced device fabrication with cutting edge characterization techniques to build and explore tailored 2D material platforms. Our goal is to understand their fundamental behavior and enable progress in next-generation optoelectronic and quantum devices.
