Ik ben sinds 2001 stafwetenschapper bij het FELIX infrarood-vrije‑elektronen‑laserlaboratorium en heb meer dan 30 jaar ervaring in laser- en optische technologieën en in molecuulspectroscopie.

Door mijn brede interesse heb ik bijgedragen aan diverse publicaties binnen vele onderzoeksgebieden. Mijn huidige onderzoeksinteresse binnen de analytische chemie liggen bij de ontwikkeling en de toepassingen van geavanceerde infrarood‑ionen-spectroscopische methoden op verschillende massaspectrometrie-platformen.
