I’m also part of the Dutch ILO-net, a network of the Industrial Liaison Officers of Dutch NWO-institutes. The ILO-net aims to connect Dutch high tech industry with Big Science, with the purpose to raise geographical return and to support high tech industry in the acquisition of challenging science/technology contracts. Within the ILO-net, I’m also the contact point for Dutch industry to connect with the European Synchrotron ESRF.

HFML-FELIX is member of LEAPS – the League of European Accelerator-based Photon Sources – a European consortium of European synchrotron and FEL-user facilities. I’m currently also supporting the administration of LEAPS and representing HFML-FELIX in the LEAPS coordination board.
